Yoga with Lisa isn’t about how flexible you are or whether you’ve done it before. It’s about trying something new, feeling your body, and letting your mind quiet down a little.

Feeling instead of functioning.
Perhaps not higher, faster, further, but simply calmer.
An hour just for you, without obligations and without expectations.
Surrounded by lakes, mountains, and the fresh Carinthian air, you gently move your body, deepen your breath, and let the day come to a peaceful close. This yoga session will give you new energy, relaxation, and a mindful moment just for you.
Suitable for all levels. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already have experience, just come by and give it a try!
Please bring a yoga mat or a large towel, as well as comfortable clothing.
As a guest with us, participation is included for you.
Non-members are welcome upon request.
