Cancellations

The general terms and conditions of the hotel industry apply.

Cancellation fees

• up to 1 month before the date of arrival 40% of the total package price
• up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70 % of the total package price
• in the last week before the day of arrival 90 % of the total package price

Payment at the Campsite: CASH PAYMENTS

To be paid on the day of arrival no later than 2 days BEFORE departure (by 12:00).
