No, definitely not, but they’re easy to confuse. You’ll receive the Active Card for free when you book with us; you’ll need to purchase the Kärnten Card at a tourist office. While the Kärnten Card primarily covers numerous attractions and recreational activities throughout Carinthia, the special advantage of our region’s Erlebnis CARD lies in free transportation and regional offers. If you combine both wisely, you can explore Carinthia flexibly while enjoying numerous attractions.

Public transportation a trump card that’s played too rarely?

After all, the trip on the Koralmbahn is particularly interesting. The fastest RJX train takes about 41 minutes from Graz to Klagenfurt. From Klagenfurt, you can comfortably continue your journey using public transportation and the benefits of the Erlebnis CARD. You might as well leave the car behind for a change.
